The location of the property was particularly good, to many sights of Liverpool or lots of Ubers in the area. The breakfast was great value with seemly cheap ingredients, and reasonably priced. All the staff members were excellent.

Had fairly nice stay for three nights with amiable staff and unbeatable location near bars and restaurants. Our room was new-fashioned with a bath, just what was needed. The staff were affable the whole time. Loved our stay.

staff were friendly and it was a good location
When we arrived our room had been given away and we had to stay at a 'sister' hotel. So, had to wait for taxi to bring us to this other hotel, then they only had a 'double' room . The next morning, more waiting for a taxi to bring us back! :(

Great location for us arriving on Isle of Man ferry. Left bags at hotel early morning and returned later to check in. Staff were helpful. We didn't use catering services so unable to comment on them. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay again. Great value for money.

Over priced for a thistle but what can you do on grand national weekend! Very odd shaped room and it looked shabby.

Small room but very comfortable and nice with a very good tv. We thought our room had a bathtub but it didn't... just a shower. The staff was very friendly.
I didn't have a bathtub.

great view and easy access to liverpool's highlights
i had a room with a fantastic view of the royal liver building, and the hotel is just a short stroll from both the waterfront and the vibrant caverns of mathew street, making it super convenient for all my weekend city walks.
